Earned Income

This is when you trade your time for money. 99 percent of our work force rely solely on this type of income to support their families, pay their bills, and vacation. The problem with this is we all only have a certain amount of time each day and this limits our potential earnings and therefore determines our lifestyle. These days, retiring is nearly impossible unless you have another source of income and are invested in other cashflowing income. Stocks are a reliable source however the average return is only 9%. I can show you how to get a 60-90% return every year!!

Residual Income

This is a consistent stream of income that comes month after month. This is the only way to maximize your efforts. You will put in the work and the checks keep coming even when you're “done” with the work. This type of income frees up your time and keeps the cash coming to purchase other types of income producing property. To get started with this most everyone has to use their earned income to purchase things like real estate or stocks. Eventually, if this is done correctly, you will build a portfolio large enough to retire from your everyday job. However there are certain key elements to building wealth through real estate that can not be overlooked. The risk is in the knowledge, experience and drive of the individual.

Portfolio Income

Portfolio income is a one time exchange of money and will eliminate your responsibilities to the asset or liability that you own. (Selling a stock, or property) Most investors like to keep their assets, however the less profitable properties still have value and therefore can be sold to someone in a better position to make a profit. This will liquidate the asset and free up time to the original owner that can be dedicated to other investments or retirement.

Letting Agents

Yes of course! Homes that were previously constructed for a home or vacation home are generally not designed with the short term rental experience in mind however. That isn’t a deal breaker. Many homes may have unique features themselves that could make the guest experience amazing! I can help showcase these features with you. Pictures would be a great help in determining its potential.
